废旧的纸塑复合袋通过分离可以再使纸塑复合袋回收利用,通常有两种方法:
一、通过纯加热的方法
将纸塑复合材料的纸面平放置加热板上,通过加热板加热;当温度在150℃~280℃之间;经过20秒~50秒的加热时,纸塑复合材料上的塑料开始收缩变形与纸面分离。
本方法可以将过去无法处理的废旧纸塑料袋进行分离,从而使废纸可以再生,可利用制浆造纸;废旧塑料可再生造粒,重新拉丝制做纸塑复合袋,或注塑成新的塑料产品。
二、通过有机溶剂溶解分离出纸单体
以废弃的纸塑复合材料为原料,用有机溶剂溶解分离出纸单体后,进行打浆造纸工序,原料在有有机溶剂的溶解槽内,经加热、搅拌,溶解纸塑复合材料的塑料层,分离纸单体和其它单体层,干燥后,分选出纸片打浆造纸。
该方法简单可行,对纸塑复合袋分离效率高、效果理想,分离后的纸可用于造纸,降低了造纸生产成本;编织袋可以用于回收再造成编织袋或其他塑料产品,实现了资源循环综合利用,保护环境,具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。

The method is simple and feasible. The separation efficiency of paper-plastic composite bag is high and the effect is ideal. The separated paper can be used for papermaking and the production cost of papermaking is reduced. Woven bags can be used to recycle and re-create woven bags or other plastic products, to achieve comprehensive utilization of resource recycling, protect the environment, with good social and economic benefits.
