- 编织袋的生产工艺流程

编织袋是塑料的一种,包装用,其原料一般是聚乙稀、聚丙烯等各种化学塑料原料;塑料编织袋是以聚丙烯树脂为主要原料,经挤出、拉伸成扁丝,再经织造、 制袋而成。今天为大家介绍编织袋的生产工艺:
(1)原料混合、干燥:将聚丙烯、聚乙烯树脂和填充母料投入到干燥搅拌机中进行混合、烘干,干燥时间为20-30min,干燥温度为100-120℃;
(2)原料挤出、成型:将混合干燥后的原料放入到挤出机中,经过料筒加热和螺杆与机筒的相互剪切作用后,成为熔融状后经过挤出机模头挤出成为薄膜,然后进行冷却处理,冷却的温度为40-60℃;
(3)拉丝:将薄膜用刀片切割成胚丝,并经过烘箱被拉伸形成扁丝;再经过热定型、牵引收缩、低温处理,比较后经收卷机收卷成型,牵引比为1:4-1:8,低温处理的温度为30-50℃;
(4)编织:收卷成型后装入梭库中,在梭子推动装置的推动下使梭子做圆周运动,在经纱供应系统与梭子推动装置的紧密配合下编织成圆筒型平织物,比较后被经纱架后的收卷机缠绕,当缠绕卷直径达1.2-1.4m时,进行卸卷;
(5)印切:将上道工序生产的合格编织布通过印刷机使油墨在编织布上形成产品相关信息,然后经裁袋机裁切为符合需要的尺寸;
(6)缝纫:将裁切好的编织布,用缝包机制成塑料编织袋。

(4) Weaving: After being rolled into a shuttle library, the shuttle is moved in a circular motion by the shuttle push device, and a cylindrical flat fabric is woven in close cooperation with the warp yarn supply system and the shuttle push device. Finally, it was wound by the winding machine after the frame, and when the diameter of the winding coil reached 1.2-1 .4 M, the roll was unloaded;
(5) Printing: The qualified weaving cloth produced by the previous process is used to make ink form product-related information on the weaving cloth through the printing press, and then cut into the desired size by the bag cutter;
(6) Sewing: The cut woven fabric will be made into plastic woven bags using a sewing machine.
